Northrop Grumman has been chosen by DARPA to advance the concept of constructing a lunar railway network as a component of the comprehensive 10-year Lunar Architecture LunA10 Capability Study. The envisioned lunar railway network would facilitate the transportation of humans, supplies, and resources to support commercial activities on the lunar surface.
