Apple has held preliminary discussions regarding the integration of Baidu's AI technology into its devices in China, as reported by The Wall Street Journal. Baidu's ERNIE Bot is one of the AI models that have been sanctioned by authorities in Beijing. A previous Bloomberg report suggested that Apple is currently engaged in negotiations to implement Google's AI model, Gemini, in iPhones.
